Summary

• We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service.
• Your input text is sent to our servers and processed using AI providers to generate output.
• We store account identifiers and credit balances to enforce usage limits.
• We do not sell personal data.

1. What we collect

We collect information in three categories:

Account information

When you sign in, we use Supabase authentication (magic-link email login). We receive and store identifiers necessary to maintain your account session (for example, a user ID and email).

Input and output data

When you submit text to Entropy Cleaner, that text is sent to our server and then forwarded to an AI provider to generate a structured output and a list of removed content. We may process this data in memory to generate and return results.

Note: We aim to minimize retention. Operational logs and error traces may temporarily include partial snippets for debugging. You should avoid submitting sensitive personal data if you do not want it processed.

Usage and credits

We store a simple credit balance per user to enforce usage limits. Each successful run consumes one credit. We store: user ID, credits remaining, and last updated time.

2. How we use information

• Provide and operate the service (login, access control, core processing).
• Enforce usage limits and prevent abuse (credits metering).
• Maintain reliability, security, and debugging (limited operational logging).

3. How AI processing works

Entropy Cleaner sends your submitted text to an AI model to produce structured output. This processing is required to deliver the service. The AI provider receives the content you submit for the purpose of generating a response.

If you do not want particular information processed by an AI provider, do not submit it to the service.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use cookies or similar technologies to maintain authenticated sessions (e.g., keeping you signed in to the dashboard). These are necessary for core functionality.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to run the product, such as:

• Supabase (authentication and database)
• AI processing provider(s) used to generate results
• Hosting provider (deployment and delivery)

We do not sell personal data.

6. Data retention

We retain account identifiers and credit balances as long as needed to operate the service. We aim to minimize retention of submitted text; however, limited logging or error traces may temporarily include portions of input or output for reliability and debugging.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data, including access controls and server-side enforcement. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your choices

• Do not submit sensitive personal or confidential data.
• You may stop using the service at any time.
• You may contact us to request account deletion (see “Contact”).
