Scope
These Terms govern your use of Entropy Cleaner (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Entropy Cleaner processes text you submit and returns a structured output plus removed content. The Service is provided “as is” and may change over time.
2. Accounts and access
Access to certain parts of the Service (such as the dashboard) requires authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login link and account access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:
- • Attempt to bypass access controls or usage limits.
- • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization.
- • Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- • Submit content you do not have the right to use or share.
4. Credits and usage limits
The Service may enforce usage limits via credits. Each successful processing run may consume one credit. If credits are exhausted, the Service may reject further requests until credits are replenished (if and when such functionality is offered).
Note: At this stage, credits function as guardrails and may change as the Service evolves.
5. AI output disclaimer
The Service uses AI to generate results. Outputs may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use outputs. The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information is processed and shared.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to your input content, subject to the permissions needed to operate the Service (i.e., processing to generate outputs).
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service or outputs generated.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
